To confirm whether the issue is with the RAM, you can test it in another device. If possible, try replacing only the RAM module with the seller. If your device has two RAM modules, test each one separately. If one module appears faulty, try using it in a different slot. If the issue persists in both slots, it is likely that the module is defective. You may also use the OCCT application on Windows OS to perform a memory test. I had the same problem with a G3 Plus I just received from GMKtec. Is this big enough for you?
I think that you're shipping machines with bad memory - or not doing a good job testing. How does this get shipped to a customer in the first place?
Yes now I see errors in the attached image. as I mentioned test each ram module separately. maybe only one is damaged and you can replace only the damaged module without depriving you of the entire device. Will definitely have to contact the seller with these photos.
