I have emailed your service@gmktec.com address twice with no responses, well after the 1-2 biz days promised. I began trying to get a response 10 days ago and have been patient.
I hope you can help with the problem and that it is not too late.
My Mailing address is not acceptable to the Delivery Service you use in the US. I have another, less secure, address and could provide it to the Service if I could reach them. I fear time is running out as the tracking info shows "failed delivery" and no attempts have been made in a week, now. The shipping info I provided at purchase has my phone number so the service could call me to set up an alternative or I could possibly go to them and pick up the PC (a GMKtec NucBox K-8 Plus--very excited to get it).
Please help. I have to have wasted a month waiting on this thing only to have it returned to you unopened!
Also your service@gmktec.com link goes to a GMail address! Does anyone even receive it?
