  I am planning to buy a custom mechanical keyboard and have a few questions before placing my order:

  1. Are there any upcoming keycap sets compatible with both ANSI and ISO layouts?

  2. How long is the typical shipping time for orders to Europe?

  3. Can I request a custom switch configuration for my keyboard, and are there any extra fees for that?

  4. Do you offer pre-sale bundles that include switches, keycaps, and stabilizers?
