I own one of these and recently had to reinstall Windows on it. I now have a large number of devices showing in Device Manager with yellow exclamation marks, and a report that there's no driver installed for them
I tried looking for this system on your support pages but couldn't find any reference to it.
Could someone please provide a link where I can download the missing drivers for this system.
Thanks.
Hi. NucBox K5?
1)
Adrenaline - https://www.amd.com/en/support/download/drivers.html
"Windows® 10/11 Drivers" - and Download Windows Drivers button:
https://drivers.amd.com/drivers/installer/24.30/whql/amd-software-adrenalin-edition-25.3.1-minimalsetup-250312_web.exe
Than Windows update and check the Advanced settings to check "Receive updates for other MS products", than Check for updates button and all should be good. If not show me screen what is marked without drivers, I'll help you.
2)
For intel Ax210 wifi go to Intel page https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download-center/home.html
Click on "Get started" than on next page "Download now" and install this app. This should help you to install wifi drivers and always has it up to date.

No, it's a NucBox 5 with no letter designation. This guy from Amazon: Amazon.com: GMKtec Mini PC Intel N5105, 10nm 8GB RAM 128GB SSD M.2 2242 Micro Desktop Computer with Dual HDMI 4K, Dual DDR4, Dual WiFi, Giga, BT4.2& Cooling Fans : Electronics
It identifies itself in Settings --> System Properties as having an Intel Celeron N5105

I'vee found the problem. The Amazon page was incorrectly identifying it as simply GMKtec NucBox 5, while a bit of searching turned up a link to it on Neweggs site that identifies it as the NucBox KB5.
That system shows up on the GMKtec download page, however the two downloads for it don't appear to be drivers, they look like they are complete windows images.
So at least now I know the correct identification of the system, however I'm still no closer to finding the drivers for it.
Just for the sake of completeness, you asked for an image of the devices with yellow exclamation marks. Here it is.

Hi. So this is Intel based device. You should go to Intel page https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download-center/home.html
and many of this device should be installed by this app. I'll back home tomorrow and look for link with drivers. But I think Intel app will find most of device drivers. Please try to install it from above link.
And this one should help a lot

Thanks for your help. That made a massive difference, Other than the three "Unknown Device" entries, and the second "Intel SD Host controller" everything else has been fixed.
Nice. Now you have installed the newest and most important devices drivers - this should always be done like this after clean install of OS. Those three "Unknown devices" i had to see the Hardware IDs. Double click on this unknown device, go to Details tab and copy/paste here on forum Property>Hadware IDs.
(Dont worry, this numbers are not SN of device or something important. It's just a device type numbers.)
I didn't want to give you this link at the begining becouse it contain a lot of old drivers that can just be very old. The best way is to have newest drivers. All GMKtec drivers are here - https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1SOUmrvEL49VEVNJc7zw2N7JtFi9ITWXA
Go to KB8 section and there is archive KB8.zip that contains all drivers. But please DO NOT CLICK ON INSTALL.BAT FILE !!!! 😁 We don't want to install older drivers of devices that you already have installed.
Please download this archive. Extract it to some place, Desktop for example. You should have something like this - Desktop\KB8\ and folders 1-10 with drivers and one bat file (dont click this install.bat)
If files are ready than:
- go to OS device manager
- click on marked by ! "Intel SD host controller" mouse right button
- click on menu Update Drivers
- "Browse my computer for drivers" button
- Pick up this extracted folder that contain all drivers "desktop\KB8" and be sure that the check box to search drivers in subfolder is marked
- Click "Next" button and Device manager should find the drivers and ! should disapper.
Do the same to the other three "Unknown Devices" 🍻
If you write the IDs of this three unknown devices I will search newest drivers of it even if you install them from this archive.
PS
Sorry for my english. I am still learning 😁 Best regards from Poland 🙋♂️
