When do you ship my order?


  • Dear GMKtec,

    when do you ship my order? Order No. GMK00091984 

    Order has been placed in January 17th. I already asked for updates several times... This is my last hope! Please reply to my email or ship out my order!!

    To everyone new; the GMKtec helpdesk sucks, no reply at all. Please think twice before you place an order. 



  • I'm in the exact same situation. Ordered 7 days ago, status is: awaiting shipment, and trying to contact support is a nightmare!


  • Same situation for me :
    - Order placed on 24 Jan 2025.
    - Status on 1 March 2025 : Package waiting to be picked by the carrier (Yanwen) since 25 Jan 2025.
    - No reply from service@gmktec.com


  • Having the same situation. Don't know they will ship the item or not. I am thinking to taking legal action against them. It may cost me some money but I want to see what happend. I already discussed with a Lawer. Maybe I will wait 7 more days,if nothing happen I must take action.


  • Hi,  I'm in same situation. Ordered 10 days ago, status is: awaiting shipment, and trying to contact support is a nightmare no body answer, could your provide feedback on GMK00115172

     I deserve good explanation

    In case you did not cancel your orders to be refunded yet, I just sent an email to service@gmktec.com to get more info on their status.

  • @official_moderator thanks in advance for your answer.. really I would like to receive the K11,, good references I just already check under internet.. so please let me know soon if the K11 will be shipment soon(an estimated date should be useful) .. thanks again!!

  • No updates for eight days and no response via e-mail: status on #GMK1316? Placed on the de.gmktec.com site a week ago.

  • @official_moderator Unfortunately I cannot. There is no number like that anywhere. My order confirmation in the e-mail only shows the number I posted above (Order#GMK1316). Looking at the order by logging into the store does not reveal anything either.

  • Could you please assist with order #GMK00115223? Was ordered almost 2 weeks ago, status is still Awaiting Shipment.


  • I placed order #GMK00115899 11 days ago.  It hasn't shipped and I can't get an update from GMKTec about it.  If I don't get an update today, I will reverse the charge on my credit card.

  • Hello. Order # GMK00113672, placed 2025-03-09 and had been in "Order processed by shipper" status since 2025-03-12. No replies back to the emails sent to service@gmktec.com.

    Could you confirm that your order was for an EVO-X1 64GB as I only got this reply after having mentionned proger007's order and yours ? :

    Hello, because EVO-X1 64GB is out of stock now, RAM is in short supply, we can rush to ship it on April 4th. We are very sorry and ask the customer to wait patiently. If he cannot wait, we will refund him. Please rest assured.


  • Hi @official_moderator  service team sent an email where mention-->Your package is expected to be updated within the next two days<-- but currently the Shipment Status is Awaiting Shipment.. So I expect the K11 be sent today(March 27th-2025), so please update internally and let me know here and by email ASAP
