When do you ship my order?


  • same situation is happening to me. Been 9 days and still on "Awaiting shipment". No response from email support either. My order id is GMK00116811. Can you look into it for me? Let me know ASAP. Thanks.

  • @myname - if my experience is the same as others, we can't even get an update about the order like is it shipped, when will be shipped.

    I've ordered mine last week on Tuesday and it's still in 'awaiting shipment'.

    There was a comment on Reddit from someone that bought the k11 (not the barebone version) on March 19 and got it on march 26 but... In the box got the barebone version, not the one he ordered.

    All we can do is hope and wait.

  • @lex I could get a reply for some orders but not all of them after my contact reckoned today he was overwhelmed over the last days, so I just sent a reminder about yours.

    @martin I also sent a mail to ask the service team to reply to your mail about your order.

    Despite contacting the service team twice via email, there has been no change  to the status of my order (=confirmed) since 18th March.

    Order #GMK1448 from EU site. I paid express delivery for 5-8 day delivery But it's just saying "order received". 

    I've emailed but no reply.
