my order #GMK1404 from the EU site. Did paid extra for the Express International delivery but since 27-03-2025 it only says "Order processed by shipper" and no movement for a week.

@Ms I still have not received the item. The moderator seems to have the same issues as the customers to reach GMKtec. Regardless, so far the experience can be summarized as follows:
17th of March: Ordered a GKMtec M5 Plus from the German website. The website states items should be shipped from the EU. Paid extra for express delivery.
19th of March: nothing has happened. Reached out for an estimate to their contact e-mail. 4th of April today, still no answer.
24th of March: nothing has happened. Reached out on another e-mail address I found. 4th of April today, still no answer.
24th of March: trying to reach out via GMKtec's forum. Managed to get in touch with the moderator that contacted GMKtec's representatives on my behalf. April 4th today, still no answer from GMKtec.
29th of March: I receive an automatic update. The item has been dispatched. From China.
2nd of April: last update. The item is supposedly in transit somewhere. Was never shipped from Germany, and very unclear why I paid extra for Express delivery as absolutely nothing in this process has been express.

8th of April: still nothing. No answers, item still in transit somewhere.
@official_moderator Thank you. I've not had any email as of yet. On FB yes. I was told the product was out of stock (despite being in stock on the website). I was told it was in production, and it would be sent within the week. The week is up today. I've written back saying I will not be in the country if this is delayed any further. I bought express deliviery 5-8 days for this very reason!
I've asked on FB messenger what date I can expect the product on? No reply. If I get it by April 19th then no problem, after that, big problem so the best thing is to cancel in that case. Again, no reply.
Can you please chase this? All I need to know is if they can have it delivered before April 19th, if yes, great.
If not, then no problem I will cancel and get a refund.
If, it's a lie and it does not reach me before April 19th or if I keep getting silence to my simple question, we both have to go down the long path of contacting payment gateways, filing for refunds and joing what seems to be a long list of people not happy with GMKtec

19th March: I ordered the M7 Pro from the German website.
23rd March: 1st email to customer support requesting an update.
24th March: Reply from customer support: "After reviewing your order, we have expedited the shipping process due to a recent surge in orders. Your package is expected to be updated within the next two days."
27th March: No update. Reached out to customer support again via email. (No reply to date)
1st April: Found this thread and posted.
2nd April: Reply from @official_moderator
4th April: Still no reply from customer support and absolutely no change to the status of my order since March 18th.
I didn't choose express shipping and wasn't expecting the PC to arrive quickly, but I'm shocked that after more than two weeks it hasn't even been shipped, especially considering that GMKtec hasn't provided any explanation.
So far, dealing with GMKtec has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience. 🙁
Me uno al descontento generalizado expresado en este foro , yo he abierto disputa en Paypal ante la imposibilidad de contacto y de no recibir respuesta de esta firma .
La labor del moderador del foro , tampoco ha servido de mucha ayuda . Si esta es la atención que reciben los clientes en su compra no quiero pensar en el servicio de postventa si surge algún problema .
Los pedidos al parecer vienen de China y no de Europa como asi se sugiere , me siento absolutamente engañado y defraudado . Muy mala experiencia de compra
