Like several other posters here, I ordered (and paid) my MiniPC more than I month ago.
Still stuck in "Order processed by shipper".
Absolutely no reply from service@gmktec.com or support@gmktec.com although I wrote them several emails over the past week.
It seems a Paypal dispute is the only option left...
It's a pity, I really liked the K7 Plus...
I was in the same situation as you and reached the same conclusion. Fortunately I paid by credit card and managed to be refunded.
I also noticed that GMKtec is actually a German brand belonging to a German company gmktec.de
not to be confused with de.gmktec.com, located in China ...

I was just about to use the same approach as you and open a dispute with paypal (I paid that way), when our of nowhere, there was a shipping update and, then 2-weeks later, the package finally arrived.
So, the whole saga went like:
Feb 10th: Ordered.
Feb 17th: Order processed by shipper
Mar 15th: Yanwen Pickup Scan.
Mar 31st: Package delivered.
Apr 2: Already running ProxMox on it. :-)
I see GMKTek has hired people to monitor the forums now, so I'll say this: the worst part isn't the waiting. It was the total lack of communication. I hope that changes now.

I just recieve a package but unfortunatelly, I receive K10 instead of K11 my order ID is GMK00115172
additional to that Power Plug Type comes for European Union, my order clearly was not prepared according to
elements bougth.
Additional to that price from K10 is 60 usd dolars down that K11 I ordered.
Even tought I pay a security quantity for shipping proteccion 9.40US additional
Really, I already dissapointed, So, I need from you a soon compensation either you sent to me the the correct equipment that I pay for
"K11" or return my money!!
