  Does anyone moderate this forum or do message just go into a blackhole? I have emailed support twice with no answer.Seems there are several people with the same shipping concerns. At this point I can go to another souce but need to know how to get refunded.

  @mcclanc Hi shipping seems to be erratic may be according to the ordered model... Personnaly my order from France was confirmed on April 1st shipped from China on April 6 th and may be delivered tomorrow . No stock from Germany that's the problem, so good luck support seems to be inconsistent.
