SN7100 is really good for mid tier high quality SSD, forget about recent Samsung SSDs, they're too hot.
I would like to recommend the Kingston kc3000 if you don't want to use the bitlocker. If you want to use bitlocker try Samsung 990 pro od adata gammix s70 or something that has hardware AES encryption.
If u use bitlocker on non hardware encryption drive it will be "software" encrypted by CPU. So this will slow down your nvme speed. Not to much but... It's a waste of "power".
If you don't like my recommendation look for drive with DRAM CACHE. It always help to the drive speed, even if it is 80%+ capacity written on the drive.
Ps. The best solution is to always leave about 15% of the free space at least on the SSD.
