I've been trying to get a response from service@gmktec.com for several days, but no replies. Perhaps someone is paying attention to this forum.
The unit was shipped with memory and an SSD direct from GMKtec. Running Memtest86+ results in hundreds of memory errors. It is unclear where the issue lies - SO-DIMM, slot, CPU's memory controller? See below for a pic of the errors.
How did this get through QC? Why is there no after-sales service?
How can I get this unit replaced?
