Has anyone had luck contacting support recently? I preordered the 128Gb variant but then accidently ordered the 64Gb, support was quick to respond saying that if I paid an additional $100 on top of the preorder and 64gb model they would send me the 128Gb. I paid pretty quickly but haven't heard from them since. I received the 64Gb variant last week and have not been able to get in contact, I've emailed a couple of times now. Anyone have any suggestions?
