No update from order for almost 1 week

  Hello everyone,

  I recently ordered a GMKtec NucBox M5 Plus AMD Ryzen™ 7 5825U on 7th August 2025.

  I have not received any notificiation since then regarding the progress of the order. I have only received the confirmation of the order. Apparently I should get an update that the item has been shipped, and a tracking number.

  Having to wait almost 1 week with no information at all is not what I expected, as this company seems to produce some well known products.

  @Konstantinos Koutroumpouchos  Yo estoy igual. Parece que es algo común. Compré el 11 de Agosto y a día de hoy no sé nada .
