[SOLVED] Faulty power adapter - NucBox M5 Plus

    UPDATE: Tech support finally contacted me and I will have a replacement.

        Yesterday, the power adapter stopped working entirely in my NucBox M5 Plus, less than 3 months old. After testing the power adapter output with a multimeter, it shows 0 volts at the output. I've also tried multiple outlets to rule out any external issue. The mini PC itself was working correctly the last time it was used and was shut down properly.

        Since the device is still under warranty and technical support isn't responding to emails, I'm requesting guidance on how to proceed with replacing this faulty power adapter or any additional steps needed to resolve this issue. Has anyone successfully replaced this power adapter with a compatible one (I can't find this exact model for sale)? If so, please send me a link to help resolve my problem, as I need a solution ASAP and am very concerned about the quality and support for this product.

        I'd appreciate any response, as I currently can't use the device without a functioning power adapter.
