I am experiencing a serious issue with my GMKtec EVO-X2 AMD device. The computer freezes every few minutes for approximately 7 seconds, during which the screen turns black. After that, an AMD error reporting window appears.
To resolve the issue, I have already tried the following steps:
Updated the BIOS to the latest version
Uninstalled and reinstalled the AMD graphics driver
Changed the display cable
Reinstalled Windows completely
Unfortunately, none of these actions have resolved the problem.
The only temporary workaround I have found is to disable the AMD Radeon 8060S Graphics card in Device Manager. However, this significantly limits the functionality of the device and is not a viable long-term solution.
I kindly request that you provide a solution to this issue as soon as possible. If a fix is not available, I would like to request a replacement of the device or defective hardware.

Good luck with them processing anything fast. I am having a horrible customer support experince since I started my return process.
I initially contacted them May 23 about my issue
They asked all kinds of settings to try out, which are non-sense to be honest. For example, asking me to use only 64GB GPU memory when machine is designed to 96GB GPU memory, which is the marketing point for this chipset.
But I followed through the non-sense to prove the point. Even attached video above to prove them it is defective. This exchange took some days and they finally agreed to refund it.
I have started my return May 28
UPS delivered the package May 29
They claimed they have not received pacakge on the same day
I have sent a proof of delivery from USP on May 30
then they went radio silent for a week now.
There are so many red flags around the whole experiece I am having. I hope you have bought it from Amazon or something so you can simply return the machine to the retailer. Dealing with them is purely painful and certainly not up to 2025 standard even if I get my refund right now.
