I'm joining the long list of customers who place an order which then disappears into a black hole!
My order has been sitting for a week as 'awaiting shipping,' this really isn't good. Please at least try to provide some information. You are quick to take payment and very, very slow to fulfill your contractual obligation to ship products.
No replies from email...

Gleiches Problem. Der einzige Unterschied ist, dass ich nicht mal eine so eine Meldung bekommen habe. Nach der Bestellung kam nur eine Bestätigung... Wenn das jetzt noch 3 Tage so weitergeht wird ein Paypal Konflikt aufgemacht...
Same for me. If they are not going to provide any decent details soon and start working as they contractually should, I will open the PayPal dispute. I suggest everyone doing the same and stop playing with them.
New update from me to keep the discussion honest. I actually contacted the support and they replied to me in matter of minutes. They mentioned they are going to send my order in three days. There was no AI bullshit in the reply, no nonsense, just what they are going to deliver which is very good.
Then, they did exactly what they promised, i.e., now I have the tracking number. So, for now it seems all good. Of course, I need to receive the order, and make sure it is actually working well and has no other issues. But for now it seems some people might be actually writing nonsense here and all over the internet regarding this company. As far as I know, GMKtec is the manufacturer of the mini PCs, so ordering them through their own shop at least theoretically should be more reliable than doing the same from Aliexpress, Amazon or other intermediaries. I tried to order mini PC through Aliexpress from one shop, but the seller just ignored me after asking for more information.
To summarize, for now all is good. If something will be off, I will definitely write it here. If all will be good, I will also write it here as I believe that superior products should be praised and promoted properly if the company actually tries to deliver adequate quality hardware for the adequate price.
