Recently, when I was buying an M5PLUS, I was redirected to the "EU Shop", which made me happy. I thought it was literally an EU shop, with delivery from the European Union. When I ordered and paid, I realized that I was getting delivery from China, and that I would have to pay customs. Why is this called "EU Shop" at all, I don't understand?
True, you refunded my money for customs, but I waited 3 weeks for the goods to pass customs. I am satisfied with how M5PLUS works, but I am not satisfied that your "EU Shop" is not a real EU Shop, with delivery from the EU.
