I made an error with my address — admittedly, the mistake was on my side. However, when I emailed GMKtec to correct the address, it turned out to be quite a struggle to change it. Eventually, I was able to select a DPD drop-off point, but the package arrived 7 days later than the original expected delivery.

The product itself is exactly what I hoped for, so no complaints there.

My feedback is this: please consider adding a direct option in your system to change the shipping address or at least the ability to place an order on hold briefly after purchase. I reacted quickly (within about 10 minutes), but the “wheels were already in motion” and apparently impossible to stop.

DPD also made things difficult — they seemed unwilling or unable to adjust the delivery address, which didn’t help the situation.

Overall, I’m happy with the product, but a more flexible address-change process would make the experience much smoother for customers.

After forst doubts I had to change my opinion. The communication withGMK started a bit slow, but at the end I was very positively surprised. Delivery very fast. Product better than expected. And very good supportwith customs clearance. It was really a 5*+ experience
