Shipping Policy

Important NOTE:

Please double check the shipping information you provided when placing your order and make sure the information is correct and complete. If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, the customer assumes sole responsibility.

The estimated shipping time does not include the time to process the order.

Currently, we ship orders from China via two international shipping methods - Priority Shipping Worldwide and faster Express Shipping. Each shipping method is selected according to real circumstances. The estimated times provided below are not guaranteed. An international parcel may experience delays due to various unforeseeable reasons, especially factors beyond our control.

Option 1. Express via DHL (taxes and duties may apply)
Estimated delivery time is typically 3-7 days, depending on the country. Shipping includes detailed tracking and delivery confirmation. Delays may occur for various reasons; we ask for your understanding.

Please note:
For some remote areas, an additional charge of €45 may apply, which is not included in the free shipping option.

Frequently Asked Questions about Remote Areas

What is a remote area?
Answer: Express companies do not offer direct service or have no service to remote areas. Different international express companies define remote areas differently, as their branch locations vary.

Why do international express services like DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT charge a surcharge for remote areas?
Answer: Providing services in remote areas, both domestically and internationally, requires more human and material resources. Therefore, the remote area surcharge reflects the additional costs associated with providing services in these areas.

Option 2. Priority shipping (VAT already paid by us)
We can offer priority shipping in some regions. The estimated delivery time for each country is listed in the table below. We offer priority shipping free of charge throughout the EU.

EVO Series high-quality products are shipped via DHL/FedEx by default. Please ensure you can handle customs clearance and taxes yourself.

Ireland, customs clearance in Ireland has been tightened, and customs inspections are now more stringent than before. Due to these stricter customs regulations, subsequent orders to Ireland may be delivered via other EU countries, which may affect delivery times.

Taxes and duties
Please note that taxes and duties may apply to the shipping methods offered, and these vary by country and region. We typically declare a lower value of the product to reduce the tax amount.

Please note: It may take up to 24 business hours for your tracking number to become active online. In some cases, it may take up to 3 business days for an update to occur.

We are very sorry for those customers who have experienced delays with previous orders. We understand how frustrating this can be. As history shows, we have made poor choices in shipping methods in the past and are now paying the price for it. To ensure your order is delivered faster, we have separated ourselves from the old shipping methods and are now working with a new shipping company and new shipping methods.

Order confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your order.
After your order has been processed, you will receive another email with shipment information and will be able to track your order.

All orders shipped from our warehouse in China require 1-3 business days to ship, subject to availability. Please allow 1-3 days for processing. Some items may require longer shipping and/or delivery times. We will notify you immediately of the estimated delivery time and provide you with the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

  1. We ship the product with the correct selection of mains voltages and adapters according to the shipping address in your country. If your requirements differ from your country's standards, please send us an email to service@gmktec.com

Order
If the product has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled unless the customer covers the cost of returning the package.

Individual regions may require customers to cooperate with customs clearance. Otherwise, the goods will be returned or destroyed due to exceeding the deadline, which may incur high costs. Please note that our company will not take any responsibility or bear any costs if customs clearance is not carried out.

IMPORTANT NOTE: (The new rules came into effect on July 1, 2021.)
The VAT exemption for imports of small consignments worth up to EUR 22 has been abolished. This means that all goods imported into the EU are now subject to VAT.

How do we respond to minimize the impact of VAT changes?
All customers from EU member countries can choose the EU version of our device. This way, the purchased product will already be imported and properly taxed, and the customs procedure will already have been completed.
