product warranty
GMK offers support via email (support@gmktec.com) for advice and after-sales support and a 1-year warranty on its products, with free repair during this period. You must send the device to the specified location and bear the shipping costs. GMK will repair the device and return it free of charge. After the warranty period has expired, the repair costs will be debited from your account.
GMK warrants to the original purchaser that the GMK product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the period specified above. However, GMK does not warrant that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error free. GMK shall not be liable for any damage resulting from failure to follow instructions for using the product.

legal remedy
If a hardware defect is discovered and a valid claim is received by GMK within the limited warranty period, GMK will, at its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, either:

(1) Repair the product free of charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or
(2) Replace the product with a new or refurbished product.

In the event of a defect, these are your sole and exclusive remedies to the extent permitted by law. Shipping and handling charges may apply unless excluded under applicable law. This Limited Warranty is valid only in the jurisdictions where the Products are sold by authorized Marketplace sellers and is valid only to the extent permitted by the applicable laws of such jurisdictions. Any replacement product or part will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer, or such additional period as may be applicable in your jurisdiction.

How to get warranty service
A warranty service request must be made within the limited warranty period from the date of receipt of the goods by GMK. To make a warranty service request, contact the GMK Service Team at support@gmktec.com. To obtain warranty service, you must send the product in either the original packaging or packaging that provides the same protection to the address specified by GMK. Subject to applicable law, GMK may require the customer to provide proof of purchase and/or meet registration requirements before warranty service is provided. It is your responsibility to back up any data, software or other materials you have stored on the product. It is likely that such data, software or materials will be lost or formatted during the repair and GMK will not be responsible for any damage or loss in this regard.

exclusions and limitations
This limited warranty applies only to products manufactured by or for GMK, identified on the product by the "GMK" trademark, trade name or logo, and purchased from authorized GMK marketplace sellers. This limited warranty does not apply to:
(a) Damage caused by natural events, e.g. lightning strikes, tornadoes, etc.;
(b) damage caused by negligence, human error, disassembly or repair of the device without contacting our support center;
(c) Commercial use;
(d) modifications to any part of the Product;
(e) damage caused by the use of products not originating from GMK;
(f) damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, mishandling, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes;
(g) damage caused by operating the Product outside of the uses intended or permitted by GMK or with incorrect voltage or power supply;
(h) Damage caused by services (including upgrades and extensions) not performed by a GMK representative.

Restoration and reinstallation of software programs and user data are not covered by this limited warranty. No GMK dealer, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this limited warranty. If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected thereby.

Implied Warranties
To the extent not prohibited by applicable law, all implied warranties (including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are limited to the duration of this limited warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

limitation of liability
To the extent not prohibited by applicable law, GMK shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenues or data, resulting from the breach of any express or implied warranty or condition or under any other legal theory, even if GMK has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Mombudsman has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.


Return Policy and Instructions
Uncomplicated 7-day return policy
We offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy. You have 7 days to return an item from the date of delivery (confirmed by shipping tracking), subject to the conditions and exclusions below. Products purchased from GMK's authorized marketplace sellers are subject to the respective seller's return policy, so customers can contact the seller for return requests.

If your original item included free items or accessories such as cases, carrying cases, chargers, etc., the retail price of these free items will be deducted from the refund amount as these products have no resale value.

  2. Pack your item properly
    Place your item back in the original manufacturer packaging. Then pack both the item and the invoice in an outer shipping box. Make sure the item is properly packaged to avoid damage.

  3. Send the item with return label
    Attach the return label securely to the outside of the shipping package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend sending the item via an insured shipping service with a valid tracking number that can be tracked throughout the process. We are not responsible for lost packages.

conditions for return
Please read the following terms and conditions. If these are not met, GMK reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a minimum 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original packaging with no alterations (including intact UPC code), and include all packaging materials, warranty documentation, manuals, and free items and accessories. The retail price of the free items retained will be deducted from the refund amount. GMK can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items

  • Electronic software downloads
  • Devices built or modified by GMK according to customer specifications
  • Selected special orders or items marked as non-returnable on the website
  • Underwater devices that have already been submerged

Defective or damaged items
Defective items may be repaired, replaced, or refunded, at our discretion, for either the same model or the manufacturer's equivalent model.

Please allow 3-5 business days for exchange requests to be processed via post.

refunds
In most cases, we will refund the original purchase amount using the same method used to pay. Please note: We can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping

and handling fees are non-refundable. (Note: This does not apply to cases where customers purchased the device although it is incompatible with other devices.)

Return policy after 7 days
We offer free shipping, but if you return an item after 7 days, $35 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Limited Liability
GMK is not responsible for personal information or items left in returned merchandise. GMK assumes no responsibility for consequential or incidental damages arising from the sale or use of merchandise purchased from us. We are only responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise. Also, claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be submitted within two business days of receiving the merchandise.

Order
If the product has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled unless the customer bears the cost of returning the package. In some regions, customers need to cooperate with customs clearance, otherwise the goods will be returned or destroyed due to exceeding the time frame, and high costs will be incurred. Please note that our company will not take any responsibility or bear any costs if customs clearance is not carried out.
