1. Price & down payment conditions

• Start of the final payment: May 7 at 00:00 CET
• Notification: You will receive an email as soon as the payment period starts.

A notice: All deposits are non-refundable unless the product cannot be delivered due to a serious manufacturing defect. By paying the deposit, you agree to these Pre-sale conditions to.

2. Deposit & Return Conditions

• Non-refundable deposit: Deposits are non-refundable under normal circumstances.
• Deposit & cancellation fees: Since the X2 series is a high-quality product, your deposit has been used for special stock provision. If you cancel your order after the official product launch, a Cancellation fee of 30% (of the total order value) due to storage and procurement costs (the deposit may be partially credited).

Return conditions:

• Unopened products: Within 7 days after delivery you can return the product, but you must return all Return shipping costs, duties and taxes carry.
• Opened products:

1. Returns or exchanges are only in case of quality defects possible.
2. When returning from non-quality-related reasons (e.g. personal preference) a Return fee of 60% (of the order value) due to the reduced resale value.

• Quality problems: If you receive a defective product, you must Provide photo/video evidence within 48 hours of deliveryto claim full refund or replacement (including return costs).
• Important instructions: Returns must in original condition (undamaged packaging, all accessories included), otherwise they may be rejected or subject to additional fees.

3. Mechanism of advance payment discounts

• Price at launch: On the official sale day, the regular list price will apply again.
• Email with discount code: At the beginning of the final payment period, we will send you a discount code for the amount of your deposit by email.
• Automatic redemption: Enter the code at checkout; the amount will be deducted automatically.
• Validity: 7 days from the date of issue.

4. Survey voucher

• €30 voucher: Participants in our pre-launch survey will receive a €30 voucher via email on launch day.
• Use & Validity: Same rules as for the deposit discount code, also valid for 7 days.

5. No discount combination

• Only highest discount: Only the voucher with the highest value can be redeemed at checkout; combinations are not possible.

6. Further information

• Priority shipping: Orders with a deposit will be shipped before standard orders.
• Final interpretation: GMKtec reserves the right to interpret these terms and conditions conclusively.
