• The remaining orders are prioritized according to order date and shipped as soon as possible

For customers waiting for shipping

1. Compensation for your patience

   • Before May 27th, all late orders (over 48 hours without tracking) will receive a refund of 30 USD after delivery (contact: service@gmktec.com).

   •  

     Due to high order volume, starting May 27th: 128GB (sold out) will ship in 7-15 business days, 64GB (in stock) will ship within 2 business days.

2. Would you like to cancel?

   • Send an email directly to service@gmktec.com for an immediate refund.

   • Important: Please avoid PayPal or credit card disputes as this will result in longer delays due to mandatory investigations by PayPal/credit card companies.
