GMKtec invited to Intel's 2025 Ecosystem Summit 'Joining Forces, Together for Innovation in Chip Technology' – Joint unveiling of groundbreaking 'Core' products and exploring the era of AI supercomputing!

From April 16 to 17, 2025, Intel's high-level CEO Summit—"Joining Forces, Jointly Driving Chip Innovation"—opened its doors in Sanya. The event brought together key partners from across the Intel ecosystem to focus on the industry's future development and strategy, as well as delve deeply into forward-looking topics such as AI technology innovation. As a long-standing strategic partner of Intel, GMKtec was honored to participate in this important gathering and explore new ground alongside other industry leaders.

The collaboration between GMKtec and Intel dates back many years and has produced impressive successes. Both companies have already realized several milestone projects in the areas of mini PCs and edge computing. For example, in 2023 they jointly launched a mini PC based on the 14th generation Intel Core/Ultra processor, which attracted considerable attention thanks to its outstanding performance and mobility.

At this summit, the partnership between GMKtec and Intel was taken to a new level, encompassing comprehensive discussions on future growth and breakthroughs in AI technology. Technically, the collaboration builds on Intel's groundbreaking 18A manufacturing process, PowerVia backplane power, and Foveros 3D packaging technology. Together, the two companies aim to develop a next-generation compute platform. These innovations will overcome the physical limitations of conventional chips and lay the foundation for significant performance improvements in future products to meet growing computing demands.

As part of the product planning for groundbreaking "Core" solutions, a range of AI-powered technologies were unveiled. These include the Intel Ultra 9 285H "Arrow Lake" processor with 16 cores and 24 threads – consisting of eight high-performance P cores and sixteen energy-efficient E cores. Its AI capabilities are impressive, with a peak performance of 99 TOPS (INT8) and a peak NPU of 13 TOPS, efficiently supporting a wide range of AI applications and delivering robust computing power for scenarios such as smart manufacturing and medical image analysis.

Looking ahead, the partnership between GMKtec and Intel will continue to deepen and expand. As a GMKtec executive emphasized at the summit:
