This is an official complaint.
The product might be fine, but I still have not received it. This so far has been probably the worst ordering / shipping experience I have ever come across.
I submitted my order FROM German website on the 5th of January. My expectation was that I order something from the EU and it is shipped from the EU.
After submitting the order, it followed with 8 days of not a single update. No information. I contacted customer support and get a reply that "Dear, we have already urged the warehouse to deliver the goods to you tomorrow. Thank you."
Tomorrow = another 3 days. And it didn't ship from Germany, but instead from Hong Kong. This means additional costs because of toll declaration. I
But this is not all. My order contained 2 items - PC and separate charging cable. Initially it was forgotten and another 3 days later I received a message asking "For which model this charger cable is for?" - even though the website lists the exact model of the PC I ordered.
Now I have the PC stuck in toll after 25 days and no information on the charging cable.
This is incredibly bad experience, communication and customer service. Would I order again from the OFFICIAL website? No - never. I would rather pay the extra and buy it locally.
